Refund Policy

All purchases made through Donutters are final.

Refunds will only be considered under the following circumstances:

1. Non-Delivery – You did not receive the purchased item within the delivery timeframe explicitly stated on the product listing.
2. Significantly Not as Described – The delivered item or currency substantially and materially differs from what was advertised on the product page.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Delays caused by incorrect user information.
• Punishments, bans, or item removals by DonutSMP.
• Buyer’s remorse or accidental purchases.
• Violations of DonutSMP rules.

All refund requests are subject to review and approval at the sole discretion of Donutters.
